J&B Rates Above “Best”
I watched J&B install my neighbor’s roof- -was fascinating - - remarkable- -so I scheduled my roof w/J&B. From the time Chris Pumroy got involved I felt so glad I chose J&B- -he took the time to ensure they could get the color for the gutters, downspouts, fascia. He really cares about customer satisfaction. Foreman Joe Bahm (man in charge) explained things about the job and always available. I could see how well he worked with the crew supervisor- -it made me happy. The crew was so caring of me and my property and worked with absolute precision. Worked with intensity- -like a well oiled machine! Such hard work- -and they all seemed happy. The cleanup was continual during the job- -and everything was inspected by Joe. Prior to the team exit from my property, Joe made sure I had no concerns- -J&B is a 1st class act! The customer satisfaction from beginning with Chris, the incredible crew (who I applaud), to the completion with Joe was remarkable- -fantastic!! Thank you J& B!!!!! 👍👍👍👍
