An Awesome Experience!
I could not be more pleased with the service from J&B West! From my first meeting with Patrick thru the insurance adjustment process and final roof installation the process was always without pressure and never to 'have to' do anything. If I had a question, Patrick and the rest of the J&B staff were always there with a comforting answer. We found during the roof install that the original roof that was installed when the house was built had minimal ice shield along the front and NONE across the back of my house! The 7 member team came at 6:30a and worked like a well oiled machine until they entire project was completed at 1:15p. I now have a 6ft width of ice shield along every gutter and 3ft up each of the valleys. Their attention to detail was without question the best I've ever seen. Before the crew left, they went around the perimeter of my home with magnet sweepers until every last nail could be found. I am now confident that my home is protected from the elements for many years to come.
