Gilbert was working on my neighbor’s home across the street in Heritage Valley and I approached him and introduced myself to him as a client who had our roof redone earlier this year by JB West. A window screen had been damaged, and JB West had it repaired but seemed to have difficulty getting anybody to our home to insert the screen in or 2 story home. I asked Gil is he would and he said no problem that he would come to our house after he has completed working at our neighbor’s home. I also gave Gil a window well cover that had been damaged which he said he would take to his company. We had called several times to report the need for replacement of the screen and notified staff of the window well cover in several telephone requests. I wish to complement Gil for his no problem attitude and his assistance to insert the screen and take our damaged well cover for replacement.

I want to give a shout out to Gilbert for the repair on my roof. He did a great job! Friendly guy and he even brought treats for the dogs! Thank you so much. It is very much appreciated!

Gilbert did a phenomenal job repairing a 10ft section of flashing and soffit tiles that were damaged during a storm. He was efficient and also identified other issues that we had with our roof during his repair and inspection. 10/10 would recommend again!

After delays because of the many storms and continual rain storm, Jared and the crew got started on early on a day with a possibility of rain. As they cleared off sections of the roof they would the new “sheets” down to get that section “dried in”. They had it almost completely “dried in and the rain started, they just kept working till it was done. They rain got heavier and they came down for lunch. After the rain moved on the headed back up and got All the project done that day. They pulled out after sunset. Good hard dedicated workers. I highly recommend JB West and would do business with them again.

I wanted to give an outstanding review to Gilbert of JB West Roofing. He came to our house at the end of a week in which NWI had the worst storm I have ever seen. He was fixing damage from a March storm that another company never finished. But now we had new damage from the current storm. Gilbert was very kind, professional and took pictures to show me all before and after work. I was also impressed that he showed up in such a timely fashion. I also feel their prices were fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this company and they have an excellent employee in Gilbert.

During a recent all day rain noticed a roof like on my five year old roof. Emailed description and 3 pictures to Kyle Crabtree. Tuesday J&B West repairman Gilbert Bradford arrived and fixed the roof leak.
