I work for a general contractor that hires J&B West for roofing, siding and gutters. I have been working with Dean A. for a long time and he gives the kind of customer service it is hard to find. More recently I found out Greg B. has started working there. I couldn’t be more excited. I have worked with him before and know what an asset he is. Jared and his crew did an awesome job on our roof. Material delivered the day before. Crew began by 7 and was cleaned up and gone by 1:30pm. Not a single nail found anywhere. Highly recommended.

From the time that Howard Fagre to the time that Joe Bahm and his crew finished the job I’d rate this as a well oiled machine. Joe and his crew showed up at 7:30 and finished up at 11:30 am . Joe was great in explaining the whole job and telling me what needed to be done. His crew were busy non stop the whole time and did a good job of cleaning up after the job was done. The installation of our vinyl siding went beyond what we were expecting. It is beautiful! From start (our salesman Dean) to the final walk around by Virgilio, everything was very professional. It did not matter what team showed up each day, prep, installation, etc. Every man worked so hard to be sure things went off without a hitch. We now feel we have a new house! J&B West went beyond what we were expecting when we decided to get new siding. We will be recommending them to everyone who asks (and maybe some that don’t!) Thank you, highly recommend.

We had a great experience with J and B West for roofing my In-Law’s home in Plymouth this week. We have used J and B West before and always had great service. Brad did a great job working with me on all my roofs for estimating and scheduling and signing the contracts. Jared did a great job with on site the day of the shingling. The crew that were shingling did not waste any time finishing the job. Quality work. Even dealing with their office a few time, they were really friendly and answered any questions. The follow up call to make sure I was happy with the job was awesome. I will use them again on my next roofing job.

After meeting with multiple contractors to price our roof, it was refreshing to meet with Brad who provided a fair and reasonable estimate without all the gimmicks. George was great in the office getting everything set up and John and his crew executed the installation in a very timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend this company.
