Matt Harrell came to my home to inspect my roof to determine if there was damage from a hail storm. Matt always came on time and was polite and professional. I am having trouble with my insurance company and Matt and and the company are continuing to work with mu insurance company to try to get a fair settlement. I plan on working with J & B West for future home repairs.

Can’t thank Brett enough. Twice he’s come out this summer due to storm damage and both times he’s fixed it on the spot. Went through the trouble to clean up all the debris and check everything so those shingles won’t be an issue again. This is the 3rd time I’ve used JB Wesf for roofing issues and they are the only company I will use.

I had deteriorated siding on my chimney above the roof and Tim came out and submitted a quote. The price was competitive and the work was scheduled and completed as promised. I’m very happy with how it turned out.
