I could not be more pleased with the service from J&B West! From my first meeting with Patrick thru the insurance adjustment process and final roof installation the process was always without pressure and never to ‘have to’ do anything. If I had a question, Patrick and the rest of the J&B staff were always there with a comforting answer. We found during the roof install that the original roof that was installed when the house was built had minimal ice shield along the front and NONE across the back of my house! The 7 member team came at 6:30a and worked like a well oiled machine until they entire project was completed at 1:15p. I now have a 6ft width of ice shield along every gutter and 3ft up each of the valleys. Their attention to detail was without question the best I’ve ever seen. Before the crew left, they went around the perimeter of my home with magnet sweepers until every last nail could be found. I am now confident that my home is protected from the elements for many years to come.

We called for an estimate and Llogan started the ball rolling with his professionalism and down to earth personality. We pulled the trigger on the new roof 2 days later and within the week (thanks to a cancellation) a JB West team was at our house. Andrew and his crew were professional, courteous, and fast! Clean up was also amazing. It’s difficult to tell they were even here, as far as anything left on the ground! We are extremely happy with their work and the beautiful new roof on our house and garage. We highly recommend JB West!

I originally had a quote in October then lost my job in January. They occasionally called me to follow up with me just to touch base on when I would be ready to move forward. They were kind, understanding, and always available to answer any questions I had. I then was able to schedule and what a wonderful experience I had with their team. They were courteous, on time, called the day before, called the day of to let me know they were on their way. Once they got here they were professional and started working. The work was exceptional. The crew replaced our roof and worked with the spray foam applicators in an efficient professionalmanner. I was impressed with the good workmanship and the foreman’s leadership. The foreman Joe was very attentive to the details of the job and he kept abreast of the progress. Chris was also involved with timely material deliveries. Thanks to the whole crew for a super job.
