Matt , Emerson and their team were fantastic. My roof, which has a lot of steep hips and valleys, is absolutely perfect! Great clean up too. I highly recommend them! Great job!

Challenge was to replace cedar with James Hardie siding and trim to EXACTLY match the existing design. Job included difficult cuts and shapes. NO PROBLEM… the crew did an excellent job with a perfect duplication. Crew arrived on time and stayed to completion and clean-up all in one day. Couldn’t be happier with their work.

Brett came out to get a quote for a repair on some shingles damaged by wind. He determined the repair was way less than I first thought since only 2 shingles were damaged. He replaced the shingles on the spot, leaving the roof as good as new. J & B Replaced the roof on my pole barn and my house about a year and a half ago. Great Job, and very happy with it. Then last year my daughter’s roof was in need of replacement. They had seen the work done on my house and how happy I was with it , and they too selected J & B to replace their roof. Again another happy customer. Not done yet… Then last year my sister in law’s ask me to help her get estimates to replace her roof. She got a few estimates and wanted help selecting the contractor, I reviewed them and suggested she get one more from J&B. I contacted Brad for the third time and as always before he was great. He sat with her and explained everything to her. J & B was a few dollars more but because Brad spent his time with her she selected J&B. Again, another great job. They do what they say they’ll do, when they say they’ll do it. And they do a fantastic job. Finally last week I had a tree fall on my barn and tore up a bunch on shingles. I called J& B to look at it for an estimate. 4 days later Tim showed up right on time. Tim looked at it and give me an estimate. I asked him when they could get to it. Tim’s reply, I’ll fix it now. A couple hours later, Tim had removed all the damage and replaced. Wow. What a great Job. I highly recommend J& B West. They are a great crew and do great work!!!Show more

I would recommend JB West to anyone needing a roof. They are absolute roofing bosses in every department. From the time Howard came to give us a quote, to Brian and the office personnel handle all the details of our project expertly. Every time I called with a question, it was handled fast, correct and efficient. The delivery of all our materials came a few days before the job. It was a seamless delivery. The day of the installation, Frank and his crew bombed it out like bosses. The roof and six skylights were all replaced and installed in one day.
