We thought porch was settling JB sent their rep out and he said our posts were to short and they could put longer ones in no problem. The guy who came out to do repair and said he would recommend the porch get wedged up and we were then quoted a higher price, which we did not budget for so we called office asking why he only quoted for half a job. JB had the worker wedge up the porch plus put new posts in and get it all squared away for original quote. They went above and beyond to fix our issue. We had nothing but a positive experience while dealing with JB West from when Alex came to the door dealing with Matt on the job site and Michelle on the phone customer service has been excellent. The crew that worked on her house was very considerate of my family and animal anytime we had to finesse through their workspace they were extremely respectful. The job itself was a insurance claim from hail damage.They were very informative with us on from beginning to end. I know personally are roof isn’t the easiest to work on and they tackled it with confidence. We are very satisfied with the work that was done the efficiency of the crew not just their workmanship but their respectfulness on the job site and we will definitely recommend them to anybody asking us for local roofers. After storm damage we had our roof completely re-shingled by John and his crew, led by Emerson. They were so professional and friendly. Work was done quickly and clean up was faultless.
