It was wonderful. Stephanie was amazing and very helpful. We exchanged phone numbers and were texting through the process, and she got back to me right away when i would have questions about getting the soffit repaired. So sweet and would recommend her to anyone that needs roofing service. 10/10.

Stephanie was our contact person throughout the process of replacing skylights. After emailing us the estimate she contacted us to see that we received it and to answer any questions. Once the contract was signed she contacted us to arrange an installation day. She was always professional and friendly. Caprice filled in for Stephanie at times and they had good communication between them so that they each knew what was happening with our job. JB West did an AWESOME job on my roof and gutters. John Kieffer came out and explained everything to me, he’s super friendly and helpful. Then when it was time to do the roof Berard Scroggins showed up, super nice and helpful. His team knocked it out of the park! They had my roof torn down and finished all in the same day! We had our roof, and siding installed by J & B West Roofing. I cannot say enough good things about the guys on both crews. Thanks so much to Scott Snyder for making sure everything was exactly right. They did an absolutely awesome job with the install. They went out of their way to make sure we were more than satisfied. Once the job was complete they made sure everything was cleaned up and put away and even helped my husband put our grill back on our deck.
