We had a great experience with J and B West for roofing my In-Law’s home in Plymouth this week. We have used J and B West before and always had great service. Brad did a great job working with me on all my roofs for estimating and scheduling and signing the contracts. Jared did a great job with on site the day of the shingling. The crew that were shingling did not waste any time finishing the job. Quality work. Even dealing with their office a few time, they were really friendly and answered any questions. The follow up call to make sure I was happy with the job was awesome. I will use them again on my next roofing job.

After meeting with multiple contractors to price our roof, it was refreshing to meet with Brad who provided a fair and reasonable estimate without all the gimmicks. George was great in the office getting everything set up and John and his crew executed the installation in a very timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend this company. It was a pleasure working with them.

The crew was very fast ,and Frank kept me updated on extra repairs needed. The clean up was outstanding,. Went around to the neighbors yards to make sure they were clean also.

Just wanted to post a highly positive and big thank you out to J&B West Roofing for their great work at all levels in replacing my 30 year old expansive roof and 4 skylights. The main roofing job went off without a hitch on Dec 19th. But, due to my initial purchase of the wrong Velux skylight style, that installation could not be performed during the main roofing work. Their understanding allowed me some time to get the correct style skylights, but finishing the job was then backed up against the holidays and winter weather conditions. When the weather improved and the skylight work resumed I had a few issues about their initial Velux skylight installation but I was very impressed with their concern for my total satisfaction by going all the way to completely removing and reinstalling 3 of the 4 skylights. With both the supervisor John, and my complete oversight it only took them a couple of hours to be sure I was totally satisfied. A Shout out to Brad, Brian, Chris, Joe, John, George, Greg, Caprice, and J&B’s hard working hands on crews involved with my roofing project. Wishing you all a safe and prosperous 2024!

March 26 2024 I just had Frank and his team put a new roof on my 3,000 sf home and 400sf cabin in my back yard . They did an awesome job in 1 day! I would use them again and again! Thanks Guys!

J&B did a great job on our gutters. They provided prompt service at a reasonable price. I was pleased with the quality of their work. They also did work for us on our soffit and siding, with which we were also happy.
