Dean was prompt in visiting for a home estimate to replace vinyl siding, gutters, and fascia. He sent us renderings of our home and made adjustments so that we could visualize how things would look. He was very responsive and easy to work with. Brandi followed up with a conversation about our expectations and confirmed what they had on order was what we wanted. She notified us when material was expected, received, and scheduled installation. Boone and his crew arrived on site the following week. Boone was very thorough in asking questions about what we wanted and making suggestions for some of the things we didn’t think about in the initial process. Boone and his crew were great! His crew stayed busy to get the job complete and did a very nice job in workmanship and detail. We are happy with the results of our remodel. J&B West replaced our roof in August 2024 due to extensive hail damage. The new roof was done in a timely and professional manner. But what was really exceptional was the service provided by Matt Harrell from J&B West. Matt was J&B’s company’s sales representative. He was great to work with and guided us through the various roof options. His roof replacement bid matched the insurance companies estimated replacement cost thus the job was able to proceed without delay. In July 2025, I built 4’ x 3’ portico over my porch deck door. I contacted Matt to see if he could provide matching roof asphalt shingles to finish the small Portico. When I called him, he immediately remembered me and the work his company performed the prior year. Not only did Matt volunteer to provided me the asphalt singles free of charge but also provided me roofing underlayment as a barrier against moisture and leaking.
