We recently had the roof replaced by J&B West – on our home and two small out-buildings in New Buffalo; I can only say superlative things about the process and outcome. From the initial interaction with Harmony, to the estimates by Llogan, to George’s help in selecting the new shingles and arranging a rushed schedule to beat the July4th holidays, to Joe and the entire crew for the work, to the followup afterwards to ensure our satisfaction — every interaction was professional, knowledgeable, timely, courteous, and pleasant. I’ve never seen a crew work so diligently and in such good spirits – and they completed the entire job in one day as promised. I was most impressed with their care in protecting landscaping around the house and the thoroughness of the clean-up — not a nail to be found in the yard afterwards. We also had gutter-guards installed – and that was equally top-flight in every way. And on top of that, Joe’s observations and recommendations for some additional gutter work that should be done on the roof was extraordinarily helpful – and I’ll certainly engage J&BWest to do that when the time comes. I would recommend J&BWest with no reservations whatsoever.

Llogan, has done all my appraisals, on the siding job , the gutters and downspouts , the roofing.. he has been working with me on each of these very recent jobs. Helped me find the right colors, materials, and workers to do the jobs. Took time to explain things for me , Helped make up plans for what , how , and when to do them. Very pleased with his work 😀. Adam was the supervisor, the 8 guys doing the job , worked so well together. Very hard workers, did excellent work 👏. Very pleased, they stayed and finished the job in 1 day. Went above and beyond what I expected of them. Did supper work , right down to the smallest details. Worked fast, but very good 👍. I was very pleased with them all. 😉 . Tim

We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received from J&B West Roofing on our recent storm damage claim. Everyone from Senior Sales Estimator Brad, to the foreman Matt, as well as the ladies in the office treated us with professionalism and respect. They were all very helpful throughout the entire process from start to finish. The work was completed all in one day, even with the added surprise problem of the roof needing a total re-decking. And the cleanup was very complete and thorough. It’s like they were never here. I highly recommend J&B West Roofing.
