We had our roof and siding done a few weeks ago, and I could not be more pleased. From the beginning, communication was frequent–I knew where we were in the timeline every step of the way. On the days that work was done, Jared and his crew arrived early and did a phenomenal job. They were efficient, friendly, and they left ZERO mess. I am amazed that they managed to pick up every single nail and other items because I know that it was a few days worth of hard work. Since, we have received so many compliments on our new roof and siding! Definitely glad we went with JB West and will continue to recommend JB West. Installation day was yesterday. Matt and his crew were awesome! They showed up and got to work promptly. The crew was nonstop until they were finished with the install! Matt and his team arrived to perform our roof replacement, promptly began work, removed the existing roof, and repaired the damaged underlying wood. They completed the installation of the new roof efficiently and professionally. The crew thoroughly cleaned the work area, leaving everything spotless as if no work had been conducted.
