Very competitive in cost, lower price than anyone else I contacted. Very little wait time from estimate until actual job. Hear was what i really appreciated, their follow up to see if I was satisfied with the job. I did have one issue with chalk line marking that was quite visible. They knew I wasn’t satisficed with it so they came out and replaced that part of the roof for me at their cost.Show more

I was so impressed with our salesman, Howard, that I didn’t get another estimate. We knew there were a couple problems with our 23 year old roof but we waited to see if Howard would find them. He did! In speaking with him we knew they know their business and we were so impressed we hired them immediately. (My son also recommended them and he is hard to please!) Brian got us all set up with materials. We’ve had a lot of rain so we had to move our date a few times but Brian stayed on it and we got it done only a few days later than the original install date. Joe explained everything and he found a few more issues but now we have a beautiful roof and we know it will last the rest of our days! Michiana Humane Society are so lucky to have J&B West as our neighbors!! Our lawnmower is getting fixed and it is taking longer then expected . The ticks and mosquitoes were getting so bad because our grass was getting so long. We cannot say enough about the professional manner in which our roofing project was handled. We first dealt with Howard who was very informative and helpful. Lance came out and gave us an estimate on price and date. He listened to what we were trying to achieve (our home is a modular and the roof isn’t pitched a lot so were were looking at options like baffles and fans to keep the house cooler). Lance went back to the office and discussed the options with the pros and got back to us on a possible solution. Long story short, baffles were installed along with some vents and solar fans. The roofing team started at 6:40am and the roof was completed by 6pm., along with the 2 car garage. They worked methodically and continuously, watching not to trample the plants and bushes around the house. They were very professional, polite, and they cleaned up around the grounds meticulously. There wasn’t a nail to be found after they left. My new shingles are beautiful and my home seems to be much cooler inside than before. Thank you for a job well done.
