Today I signed my 3rd contract with J&B West in the last 3 years. Two years ago we reroofed our home , Last week we had Vertical siding installed on our Gable ends over our front porch and Garage. Today we signed a contract to do our Gable ends in the back of the house because we liked the ones in the front so much. I have worked with Brad on all three projects. I have costed out building homes for over 30 years and Brad’s numbers are spot on. He is very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. We could not be any happier with the work that J&B West does. I have already gotten two of my surrounding neighbors to use them to redo their roofs. Their work speaks for itself.

Doug and the team came out today to replace the roof on my barn. We could not believe how efficient they all were, every one knew their role. Within six hours they completely tore off the old and completed installing the new roof. After they were all done I did a walk around and did not find as much as one nail laying on the ground. Great work guys and thanks for making this task completely painless. I would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

They came out at 8 am and were done by 2:15 pm. I had 29 squares of roofing replaced. 24 4 X 8 shts of plywood replaced also. Doug and his crew were very efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone without fear of them screwing up my reputation. This was a NO B.S. company.

From Logan’s quote to the finiish walk around with Eric everyone was professional and pleasant. The crew worked together well, were careful with protecting house and landscaping, and did a terrific job cleaning up. And the roof looks fantastic.

Great experience, Howard Fagre was very though roe . He explain what my roof’s current condition is. He determined that it did not need to be replaced at this time but he would give me an estimate of what it would cost now to replace if it were needed for future reference. Our 20 year old roof needed replacing. Of the 3 estimates received, and from recommendation of a friend, I chose J &B West. From the beginning, I was impressed with the kindness and courtesy of Llogan and everyone else I dealt with. Information was straight forward, materials were delivered in a timely manner, workers were very kind and considerate, workmanship was excellent. I was super impressed with the care that was taken during their clean-up. I will not hesitate to recommend them to others or to hire them again for future work.

Very competitive in cost, lower price than anyone else I contacted. Very little wait time from estimate until actual job. Hear was what i really appreciated, their follow up to see if I was satisfied with the job. I did have one issue with chalk line marking that was quite visible. They knew I wasn’t satisficed with it so they came out and replaced that part of the roof for me at their cost.

I was so impressed with our salesman, Howard, that I didn’t get another estimate. We knew there were a couple problems with our 23 year old roof but we waited to see if Howard would find them. He did! In speaking with him we knew they know their business and we were so impressed we hired them immediately. (My son also recommended them and he is hard to please!) Brian got us all set up with materials. We’ve had a lot of rain so we had to move our date a few times but Brian stayed on it and we got it done only a few days later than the original install date. Joe B. Was our foreman. They got the whole roof done in no time. Joe explained everything and he found a few more issues but now we have a beautiful roof and we know it will last the rest of our days!
