J&B West replaced our roof in August 2024 due to extensive hail damage. The new roof was done in a timely and professional manner. But what was really exceptional was the service provided by Matt Harrell from J&B West. Matt was J&B’s company’s sales representative. He was great to work with and guided us through the various roof options. His roof replacement bid matched the insurance companies estimated replacement cost thus the job was able to proceed without delay. In July 2025, I built 4’ x 3’ portico over my porch deck door. I contacted Matt to see if he could provide matching roof asphalt shingles to finish the small Portico. When I called him, he immediately remembered me and the work his company performed the prior year. Not only did Matt volunteer to provided me the asphalt singles free of charge but also provided me roofing underlayment as a barrier against moisture and leaking. My new portico looks great thanks to the above and beyond service provided by Matt Harrell and J&B West Roofing.

Just had roof, siding, and gutters replaced. Overall, I could not be more pleased. Particular shout out to Boone and the siding crew. They really did a fantastic job — my house looks amazing! A neighbor who had his siding replaced by another company not long ago watched in amazement and told me I really hit the jackpot with this crew. I agree!! Thank you

Crew and foreman, Frank, did a great job explaining couple issues that came up, roofing looks great and they cleaned jobsite up great, over all very happy with company and crew that did the work.

My entire roof install project was an excellent experience from start to finish. From Savannah and the friendly office staff, to working with Drew Ummel who I can’t say enough good things about, to everyone on my hard-working roofing team who hit the ground running from the minute they arrived, until my roof was finished. We had a whole new roof installed in approximately 8 hours of work (we had a rain delay)…this was a large job and Frank had a large crew to get it done. No one was slacking on their job. I had no idea of the amount of noise and debris this would create….yet, when the job was finished it was COMPLETELY cleaned up! The roof looks great, and has a nice warranty.
