We had nothing but a positive experience while dealing with JB West from when Alex came to the door dealing with Matt on the job site and Michelle on the phone customer service has been excellent. The crew that worked on her house was very considerate of my family and animal anytime we had to finesse through their workspace they were extremely respectful. The job itself was a insurance claim from hail damage.They were very informative with us on from beginning to end. I know personally are roof isn’t the easiest to work on and they tackled it with confidence. We are very satisfied with the work that was done the efficiency of the crew not just their workmanship but their respectfulness on the job site and we will definitely recommend them to anybody asking us for local roofers. After storm damage we had our roof completely re-shingled by John and his crew, led by Emerson. They were so professional and friendly. Work was done quickly and clean up was faultless.
