We were very impressed with this entire process. We’ve never had to have shingles replaced so we didn’t know what to expect but these guys were great. Everyone from the quote to the quality check follow up that was done did a great job staying in communication and keeping us updated. Price wise they were the best quote we received which was a bonus. The crew knocked this entire job out in one day and stayed until it was dark picking up around the property and making sure everything was done. The foreman, Matt, did an exceptional job staying involved throughout the job and making sure the job was completed as expected. The customer service from everyone here is very appreciated in making this such a great experience.

We decided to call on JB West for an estimate on a new roof and gutters. Several neighbors hired them and were very pleased with their results. Patrick was prompt with his estimate and diligent in finding the correct ( uncommon )colors for the drip edge and gutters. Frank and his crew arrived at exactly the time they said they would and worked until dark. We’re waiting to have the gutters and downspouts done as they had to be special ordered because of the odd color. The crew cleaned up very well and were very polite. It was nice to get a courtesy call back to see if we had any questions or complaints. Thank you for a job well done. Your professionalism is appreciated!

The crew did an excellent job starting with Patrick Weinacker making the estimate on Roofing, Siding and gutters. Then Matt came in with his roofing crew and installed the new roof. They cleaned as they went along and all the debris was removed . I was amazed how the preparation prior to doing the jobs were done so no other damage would occur! Then the siding crew came in and repaired the damaged siding! Then the gutter guys came in and stayed way past dark to ensure that the gutters and gutter guards were installed! The staff in the office were instrumental in ensuring we knew when and who was coming! The secretaries who ordered the products needed were so helpful! They keeper us in the loop when all the material was ordered and when it came in so we could plan our day without worrying about when the work was to be done!
