Matt Harrell came to my home to inspect my roof to determine if there was damage from a hail storm. Matt always came on time and was polite and professional. I am having trouble with my insurance company and Matt and and the company are continuing to work with mu insurance company to try to get a fair settlement. I plan on working with J & B West for future home repairs.

Frank and his team completed my roof in a professional and timely manner. It looks great and the area was completely cleaned up before they left. Frank explained everything, expressing great confidence in his crew and he answered all of my questions. I’m very pleased.

Can’t thank Brett enough. Twice he’s come out this summer due to storm damage and both times he’s fixed it on the spot. Went through the trouble to clean up all the debris and check everything so those shingles won’t be an issue again.
