Great 👍 Matt and the whole roofing team came earlier @ 6.00 am. they all did excellent work 👏. Above and beyond what was expected of them . They even worked through rain. Matt was here @ the beginning of the job, several times during the job , and @ the end of the job for final walk around. Very pleased with all the workers, the job , and the supervisor. 😃👍. Tim
Replaced roof on house and garage
Our experience was great. Matt was very informative and professional. He explained everything, asked if we had questions or concerns. The workers worked quickly, efficiently and with great skills. They worked together as a team on each roof. They did a good cleanup after they were finished. We were very impressed. We would highly recommend JB West to others for their projects. Fantastic experience
We were very impressed with this entire process. We've never had to have shingles replaced so we didn't know what to expect but these guys were great. Everyone from the quote to the quality check follow up that was done did a great job staying in communication and keeping us updated. Price wise they were the best quote we received which was a bonus. The crew knocked this entire job out in one day and stayed until it was dark picking up around the property and making sure everything was done. The foreman, Matt, did an exceptional job staying involved throughout the job and making sure the job was completed as expected. The customer service from everyone here is very appreciated in making this such a great experience.

We had nothing but a positive experience while dealing with JB West from when Alex came to the door dealing with Matt on the job site and Michelle on the phone customer service has been excellent. The crew that worked on her house was very considerate of my family and animal anytime we had to finesse through their workspace they were extremely respectful. The job itself was a insurance claim from hail damage.They were very informative with us on from beginning to end. I know personally are roof isn't the easiest to work on and they tackled it with confidence. We are very satisfied with the work that was done the efficiency of the crew not just their workmanship but their respectfulness on the job site and we will definitely recommend them to anybody asking us for local roofers. I can't say enough about my experience with JB West Roofing. Matt was overseeing my job and kept the communication open and explained everything. I felt I was in good hands. We finally had our roof done today and I must say I'm so glad Matt was there. He walked me through everything that needed done, when something popped up he immediately brought it to my attention. He had everyone working/running so smoothly! Offered services I didn't even know they could do for me. Very pleased with our roof and chimney. Everything looks amazing! Everyone did a final walkthrough to make sure everything was left how they found it. I really appreciate you guys! Thanks for your hard work.
Complicated Project
Matt , Emerson and their team were fantastic. My roof, which has a lot of steep hips and valleys, is absolutely perfect! Great clean up too. I highly recommend them! Great job!

The crew did an excellent job starting with Patrick Weinacker making the estimate on Roofing, Siding and gutters. Then Matt came in with his roofing crew and installed the new roof. They cleaned as they went along and all the debris was removed . I was amazed how the preparation prior to doing the jobs were done so no other damage would occur! Then the siding crew came in and repaired the damaged siding! Then the gutter guys came in and stayed way past dark to ensure that the gutters and gutter guards were installed! The staff in the office were instrumental in ensuring we knew when and who was coming! The secretaries who ordered the products needed were so helpful! They keeper us in the loop when all the material was ordered and when it came in so we could plan our day without worrying about when the work was to be done! Thank You for your teams and how professional they were!

Went Above and beyond
We were extremely satisfied with JB West roofing, and especially with Matt our crew leader. The crew was very efficient and paid attention to detail and Matt make sure that every base was covered. We also had a custom cupola to be installed on our roof, and they spent consider amount of time, making sure it would be installed perfectly. They also stayed late and went the extra mile to get the gutter guards done the same day, as well as the new wrap around our garage door. We would also like to commend Aaron our original salesman, and Brandy and Savannah in the office… All excellent to work with and represent JB West very well. We have already recommended this company to several neighbors and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you, JB West and team, for making this project go so smoothly.
