The crew did an excellent job installing five skylights and a new roof it looks great I was very happy with the work, clean up was perfect. I can easily recommend them they are probably one of the best contractors that I’ve had the opportunity to work with.

My experience with JB West during the roofing job itself was very good, the crews very polite and hard working and the job completed in one day. The problem came when payment for the job was due. Somehow it went from an Insurance job to homeowner or retail job. My insurance had already paid over $5,000 to start the job, just waiting for the final bill and pictures of the completed job to release the last payment. Somehow no pictures of the finished job were taken, therefore no final insurance payment. Then I started getting email bills saying I owed more than I would once the insurance paid their final payment. And their account payable department wanted the money now. I’m taking a loan for my part, but knew the amount they were asking for was before the last insurance money. I was getting nowhere talking with that department, so reached out to Vance Mabry, the sales representative who came out when I called for an estimate. It took one day for him to clear up the misunderstanding between insurance and retail job. Then Brennan Morehead from Auto Owners, my insurance, talked to his management explaining the problem with the pictures, and they agreed to just release the last amount without completed job pictures, bringing my part to pay agreeing with my figures. So thank you to Vance Mabry and Brennan Morehead for going beyond the normal job.

I contacted JB West Roofing when the original contractor disappeared, not answering his phone or emails. Their name seemed to be a sign for me as J is the first letter in my name and B is the first letter in my sister’s name. They proved a very reliable company with quick response from the first call to the finished job. The people I dealt with….Vance Mabry, Michelle Dingman, plus Chris and John….were very professional yet kind, polite and willing to help me understand the process and get the job done correctly. One day was all it took to get a new roof on the house and garage. They did, however, have to come back with a different crew to redo the flat roof on the breezeway and patio. Due to being rained out, they came back a second day to finish those. Great job, looks fantastic and love the shingle color I choose. Would have no problem recommending them.

Frank, Joe and the crew were very efficient and thorough with our new roof. They battled through some unexpected afternoon rain showers and still managed to stay on schedule. The workers were polite and respectful. The crew did a nice job protecting our property and cleaning up at the conclusion of the job. The communication throughout the process was timely and helpful. We really appreciate the attention to detail.

I highly recommend JB West! From start to finish they provided excellent service and workmanship. My roof was damaged by hail and Matt did a great job pointing this out. The scheduling process went smoothly and their crew completed the work in one day leaving the job site nice and clean. When I had difficulty with my insurance company, Savannah went over and above to ensure we received proper insurance compensation. I can’t speak highly enough about the professionalism the team at JB West provided for my project. PLEASE do yourself a favor and use JB West for your roofing, siding and gutter projects!!

I had a composite porch with aluminium rails and steps on the other side of my house with aluminium rails all composite. Paul, who performed just about all the work himself did a phenomenal job, he was like an artist at work. I can’t say enough good things about him he is very meticulous about his work, constantly measuring and writing his notes down. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to perform my work. If I ever need this type of work done again I will definitely be requesting Paul or if he’s unavailable I will not have it done. So JB West I strongly advise you to keep him around at whatever cost.
