Mike, Eric and Nick were all amazing , professional workers. Removal of my fireplace was no easy task, but Eric and Nick managed to remove it without incident, working nonstop . West’s availability of equipment/trailor to haul away the debris was lacking, but in spite of this, Eric and Nick managed to do an outstanding job of cleanup, just having to make an extra trip . Mike’s attention to detail when it came to drywall installation/repair was exceptional and his professionalism and skill were greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a job well done.

Our experience was great and so was Patrick!

The work was excellent, I had the decking on my roof replaced and a new roof installed in one day and 2 hours. They worked as late as light allowed, but had to come back and finish it the next morning. The gutter and soffit crew also did an excellent job, both crews did an excellent job of cleaning up. I only have one small negative comment, would have communication as to when the next part of the project would be done. Other than that I would recommend J& B highly, very impressed with everyone I dealt with.

Chad and the crew did a great job with removing the shingles, replacing bad plywood, installing new shingles, and clean up. The crew worked with high energy and professionalism. Thanks for a job well done!

I recently had a variety of work performed by JB West. Today, Sunday, my neighborhood had heavy wind gusts at times over 60 MPH . There was about a 10 foot section of soffit that was ripped by the wind leading up to the highest apex of my garage (say 25 feet high). I texted Logan of the problem . He texted Tim , one of the JB West managers. When Tim arrived, he said that he was thinking about taking care of it Monday, but he could not rest knowing that it had the potential to damage other property or hurt someone walking by. He drove 45 minutes one way, on a Sunday evening, to take care of the matter that he had not even caused. I was stunned with the response and am truly appreciative of the professionalism and ownership he took with the situation. JB West should be very proud to have someone of his character on their team. If all employees reacted like Logan and Tim did tonight the world would be a happier place. Tim went the extra mile literally. He represented JB West very well and put a smile on this customers face heading into the new week. Thank you!
