I called JBWest for a roof estimate and I was given a very prompt appointment with Dwight Deloney, their sales estimator. Dwight came out and did an extremely thorough inspection of my roof. In addition to this, after the inspection, he took the time to explain to me all the details of his findings. This is something you don’t find often! Since my roof damage was the result of some hail damage, he guided me through what I needed to do next, such as notify my insurance company! He was so pleasant and extremely knowledgeable and surely is an asset to the company! Give this guy a raise! A fine company to deal with and Dwight was a pleasure to work with.
