Chase was great to work with. She always text or called to inform me of things going on, etc. I never had to track her down to get her to call me back- which is very refreshing! Marcus is who came and did the work, and he did an excellent job taking the time to match our textured walls. Thanks guys!

The quality of their work is exceptional. Their internal communication with each division is outstanding. All crews were aware of the nuances in each phase of our project. The office staff did a wonderful job communicating with us when a crew would be arriving and checked back to see if we were satisfied with the work. The crews on site were extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. With each phase of our project, we met talented professionals (Llogan, Zach, Allen, Mark, Matt, Donnie & Sam) who were proud of their work and were dedicated to making our project happen to our satisfaction. All were exceptional at their craft and they communicated with us throughout the project, involving us at all times, especially regarding decisions to be made with some unique aspects of our project. The employees we had the pleasure of meeting were Co-Vid 19 aware and were considerate of our special needs child. Adam and his crew went above and beyond! Adam was courteous and professional at all times. The few were efficient, polite and dud a wonderful job cleaning up after. Adam was wonderful to deal with! Highly recommend the company for all your siding needs!!

My roof, gutters and siding was totally replaced. I believe the entire team, field workers, managers, foremen and office people were a great help on getting all the repairs made. All were very polite. I will never use anyone else but J&B West Roofing and Construction for any future projects that I’m doing. Telling all my friends.

We had a few estimates and JB West came in at about the middle but they seem knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sell us, so we gave them a try. I’m glad we did because it looks great. They worked around our schedule and did everything we wanted. I’ve had a couple roofs replaced by other contractors and they all left it a bit if a mess when done. JB West did a great job and clean everything up. The price was good along with the service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Awesome great work and service! Howard Fagre came out and estimated the work. Very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and patient w/ my numerous detailed questions regarding the process and time frame. Bernard was crew chief who came out on install day and supervised the work, cleanup and final inspection. Hats off to the installers too –; I think about 7-9 of them in total. They fearlessly removed existing shingles on our 2 story home, blew in insulation in attic, replaced several roof deck plywood sheets, new underlayment, ice shield, shingles and flashing – in one day! All cleanup was excellent and no loose nails found anywhere. Would definitely recommend!
