These folks are like a well oiled machine. Great folks to work with from start to finish and follow up. Starting with Chris M. the salesman getting the ball rolling to Tonya calling with scheduling updates, I never had to worry if they forgot about me! Then handed off to Chris P. the roofing manager once the work began met with me at the jobsite to make sure everything went smooth checking all needed material was on hand so there were no surprises. I can’t say enough about the working crew. If our country had more workers like that, we would put China out of business! These guys worked through inclement weather into late evening to make sure all(3) projects were completed and professionally done. 2 days later a tall slim young man came out to do a walk around of all the roofs that were done that day to make sure everything was up to their standard and mine. Asked if I had any concerns or questions then or in the future to let them know. About an hour later got a phone call from a guy named Andrew to follow up on questions or concerns. These guys made me feel like I will never be on my own if any problems arise. Again, Well oiled machine!! Thank you!!

Donnie was so kind to show me how the gutters were made also he took the time to show me the filtered screening, and how it was attached. Yes of course always some issues come up. I had a reasonable estimate emailed to me the same afternoon and he made scheduling the repairs so easy. Work was done fast and as expected and he was so professional throughout the entire process!

Hats off to the JB West crew; David Callahan, Foreman and Edwin’s crew. The workmanship was excellent. The crew was careful to not disturb any plants and shrubbery. They tarped everything all the way around the house. When the work was complete, the surroundings were cleaned as good or better than when they arrived. I am the Town Building Inspector for the Town of Kingsford Heights, Indiana. Their work and professionalism far exceeded my expectations. Paul, Dan and his team did my deck. They had to tear down the old one and rebuild one. I gave them a picture of one I wanted and they did it just like the picture! What a fantastic job they did!I just love It. I can’t say enough about how great Paul and Dan were. They made sure I knew what was happening every day. Please remember people….when you have someone doing outside work for you treat them well. I made sure they had hot chocolate and a snack cake every morning. It is cold out and they deserve that.
