From initial meeting with Logan to the J&B West crew arriving on time and prepared it has been a positive experience. Skilled professionals arrived and gave us a new roof in a beautiful color. They were respectful of our property and we are very pleased with the result. We will call them for our house roof in the future.

I watched J&B install my neighbor’s roof- -was fascinating – – remarkable- -so I scheduled my roof w/J&B. From the time Chris Pumroy got involved I felt so glad I chose J&B- -he took the time to ensure they could get the color for the gutters, downspouts, fascia. He really cares about customer satisfaction. Foreman Joe Bahm (man in charge) explained things about the job and always available. I could see how well he worked with the crew supervisor- -it made me happy. The crew was so caring of me and my property and worked with absolute precision. Worked with intensity- -like a well oiled machine! Such hard work- -and they all seemed happy. The cleanup was continual during the job- -and everything was inspected by Joe. Prior to the team exit from my property, Joe made sure I had no concerns- -J&B is a 1st class act! The customer satisfaction from beginning with Chris, the incredible crew (who I applaud), to the completion with Joe was remarkable- -fantastic!! Thank you J& B!!!!! 👍👍👍👍

I set up an appointment to have gutters installed on two of my barns. The next day Briana called to schedule their service. Within two days and right on schedule the Gutter Up truck arrived. The two installers Shawn and Robert got right to work on the project. The barns were two different colors. The material they had matched perfectly. The installers took pride in their work and the end result shows. They were all very professional from the scheduling to the install and clean up. Without a doubt I would highly recommend this company Thank you again for a great job.

I could not be more pleased with the service from J&B West! From my first meeting with Patrick thru the insurance adjustment process and final roof installation the process was always without pressure and never to ‘have to’ do anything. If I had a question, Patrick and the rest of the J&B staff were always there with a comforting answer. We found during the roof install that the original roof that was installed when the house was built had minimal ice shield along the front and NONE across the back of my house! The 7 member team came at 6:30a and worked like a well oiled machine until they entire project was completed at 1:15p. I now have a 6ft width of ice shield along every gutter and 3ft up each of the valleys. Their attention to detail was without question the best I’ve ever seen. Before the crew left, they went around the perimeter of my home with magnet sweepers until every last nail could be found. I am now confident that my home is protected from the elements for many years to come.
