The crew and Joe worked all day on a Friday and since possible rain was in the forecast for the weekend Joe worked all day Saturday to complete the Freeze board installations. Our siding is concrete siding and can be hard to work with – Joe cracked one piece and explained what happened. After Joe repaired the spot it was seemless and unnoticeable. Great job.

Derrick was great. The roof was replaced quickly and properly. Everyone was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.

My experience with this company has been very pleasant. I typically perform my own maintenance and repairs and like to get in to the details and making sure I get done what I need. You hear so many horror stories about contractors, so handing a job over to a contractor was a big step for me. The whole process from quoting to planning to executing great. Everybody involved made sure that I was taken care of. During the installation we had to make some adjustments due to some unforeseen issues, but everybody pulled together, communicated, and got the job done. Now I can face the winter months without any worries or concerns. After the team was gone I did the final walk around and you couldn’t even tell that they had been there, every little thing had been cleaned/picked up. I recently purchased an older home that was in desperate need of new gutters. The existing were full of old leaves that had turned to mud. Small trees had even sprouted. Shawn and his crew removed the old gutters and did a fantastic job of cleaning up the debris that I know must’ve been everywhere. Shawn called me at one point to ask my preference on a downspout location. I appreciated his input and insight. The new gutters and leaf guards look great. I’m very pleased with how this job turned out.

I had wind damage to my roof. Talking to one of my golf partners, he suggested J&B West roofing for an estimate. He had his roof done by them and he was very happy with their work. After calling J&B West, llogan called and came out to look over our roof. He came with samples and did a thorough inspection of our roof. We had some neighbors that roofs done within the last year from other roofing companies, and I knew what their estimate were. Llogan came in with a great price in comparison with the neighbors. We accepted the bid and were told what to expect in the process to have our roof done. Everything we were told happen as promise. The crew came on a Saturday and by 8:30am had all the bushes and deck covered. They strip the old singles off, replace 8 sheets of plywood and reroof and cleaned up by 1 pm. I have walked the yard have not found a single nail that they missed. The neighbor’s roofs took 2-3 days to complete, and one neighbor had the roof put on which took 3 days and was wrong and had it done over. Thank you J&B West and llogan for a job well done!!
