Caprice they were very helpful throughout this process and also to (V) Virgilio and Jeronimo for the excellent work on the j channel around my garage doors they were here when got dark and continued to work great job from these two men and to all of the workers that worked on this job thank you and great work.

I’ve had great experience with all members I’ve worked with. The sales rep was great from the beginning, and took care of everything for me with the insurance company. The roofing crew did a great job, and cleanup was amazing. After the work was completed, they handled all the correspondence with the insurance company and made it very easy for me. Lastly, I was impressed they sent a final quality control employee out to give it a look over and asked about the entire experience. I’d recommend this company to anyone needing a roof done.

I work for a general contractor that hires J&B West for roofing, siding and gutters. I have been working with Dean A. for a long time and he gives the kind of customer service it is hard to find. More recently I found out Greg B. has started working there. I couldn’t be more excited. I have worked with him before and know what an asset he is. This gives me even more confidence in their workmanship. The accounting staff I work with is also great. I have never had a bad experience with J&B West and that says a lot these days.
