From start to finish, Excellent. Jordan was the Foreman on our project. He communicated what they were doing, answered all of our questions before, during, and after. Sat with us after our beautiful roof was installed, showed us pictures of the bad decking in 2 spots that needed replaced, and where they repaired the 2 rafters. They were polite, efficient, worked very quick, and clean up was great. Very good company to work with. They were ALL very courteous from the estimator, office staff to the two workers who came out. Job well done and clean up was very good. Two very conscientious workers who very polite, introduced themselves when they showed up. Would recommend them to others.

Communication is key and respect. At all levels in the process of choosing a product, answering questions, keeping us apprised on our shingles and permit and basically anything else, was handled perfectly. We never felt like we were going to be left hanging at any point, like other contractors have done. We were amazed at how well the crew worked together. We needed a roof repair and the salesman was very prompt with our request for an estimate. The estimate was in line with competition, and actually slightly less. We were impressed with the 5 star rating and had heard a very positive comment from a family connection dealing in construction. The job was done quickly and efficiently.
