We were extremely satisfied with JB West roofing, and especially with Matt our crew leader. The crew was very efficient and paid attention to detail and Matt make sure that every base was covered. We also had a custom cupola to be installed on our roof, and they spent consider amount of time, making sure it would be installed perfectly. They also stayed late and went the extra mile to get the gutter guards done the same day, as well as the new wrap around our garage door. We would also like to commend Aaron our original salesman, and Brandy and Savannah in the office… All excellent to work with and represent JB West very well. We have already recommended this company to several neighbors and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you, JB West and team, for making this project go so smoothly.

It was an extremely easy process from the very beginning with Drew who worked with our insurance, to scheduling the install, and with Frank as the foreman on site. The workers were professional, pleasant and very hard working…and they cleaned up all the debris. We are very pleased with the workmanship and highly recommend JB West and the crew who worked at our home.

We were very impressed with this entire process. We’ve never had to have shingles replaced so we didn’t know what to expect but these guys were great. Everyone from the quote to the quality check follow up that was done did a great job staying in communication and keeping us updated. Price wise they were the best quote we received which was a bonus. The crew knocked this entire job out in one day and stayed until it was dark picking up around the property and making sure everything was done. The foreman, Matt, did an exceptional job staying involved throughout the job and making sure the job was completed as expected. The customer service from everyone here is very appreciated in making this such a great experience.
