J&B West Roofing Installed our new roof last month and my wife and I could not be happier. Their entire crew were very professorial. They got right to work upon arrival and stayed at it until the job was complete. Our roof was in bad shape due to the hail storm in 2019. Some leaks had occurred and they were repaired straight away. John McComas is a great person to talk with. Amy concerns that I had were explained right away. When the job was done, and the area was cleaned up so well that I could not even tell that they had been there. Lori Hocza is a wonderful person to talk with on the phone also. She took very good care of us and helped us to get through every thing correctly. I can’t thank her enough. Truly a great lady. I have always been told how well J & B West does their work. They are a very good company to work with and to have do your job. Can’t thank them enough. It was a pleasure to watch them since I use to do that kind of work when I was much younger. They pay attention to the detail just like I use too.

We needed some repairs for our roof in order to get new gutters. Abby Durkin came out and spent over an hour looking at our roof and taking pictures. She even saw hail damage and helped me place a claim. So now we are not only getting the repair done but an entire new roof. Abby has such a wonderful personality, and takes the time to listen to you and has helped us tremendously. I can’t thank her enough. Our roof is getting done at the end of July and look forward to meeting more of the staff from J & B West Roofing.

Mark is the best. My insurance company is giving me a hard time regarding my roof repairs. Mark has gone above and beyond to collect the very specific pictures that they have requested. Mark is fighting for a full roof replacement as hard as he would fight for his own! Thanks Mark Mueller!
