Charlie came to our house to give us an estimate on replacing our leaking skylights. He did a thorough inspection and answered our questions. Within a few days we had a detailed estimate that we accepted. The job was done on the appointed day. The skylights look great and Charlie and Larry left a spotless worksite.

Stephanie was our contact person throughout the process of replacing skylights. After emailing us the estimate she contacted us to see that we received it and to answer any questions. Once the contract was signed she contacted us to arrange an installation day. She was always professional and friendly. Caprice filled in for Stephanie at times and they had good communication between them so that they each knew what was happening with our job. We’ve dealt with other companies and this level of consistent service is rare. Greatly appreciated!

JB West did an AWESOME job on my roof and gutters. John Kieffer came out and explained everything to me, he’s super friendly and helpful. Then when it was time to do the roof Berard Scroggins showed up, super nice and helpful. His team knocked it out of the park! They had my roof torn down and finished all in the same day! We had our roof, and siding installed by J & B West Roofing. I cannot say enough good things about the guys on both crews. Thanks so much to Scott Snyder for making sure everything was exactly right. They did an absolutely awesome job with the install. They went out of their way to make sure we were more than satisfied. Once the job was complete they made sure everything was cleaned up and put away and even helped my husband put our grill back on our deck. Would definitely recommend them to anyone considering having this done.

J&B West Roofing Installed our new roof last month and my wife and I could not be happier. Their entire crew were very professorial. They got right to work upon arrival and stayed at it until the job was complete. Our roof was in bad shape due to the hail storm in 2019. Some leaks had occurred and they were repaired straight away. John McComas is a great person to talk with. Amy concerns that I had were explained right away. When the job was done, and the area was cleaned up so well that I could not even tell that they had been there. Lori Hocza is a wonderful person to talk with on the phone also. She took very good care of us and helped us to get through every thing correctly. I can’t thank her enough. Truly a great lady. I have always been told how well J & B West does their work. They are a very good company to work with and to have do your job. Can’t thank them enough. It was a pleasure to watch them since I use to do that kind of work when I was much younger. They pay attention to the detail just like I use too.
