We needed some repairs for our roof in order to get new gutters. Abby Durkin came out and spent over an hour looking at our roof and taking pictures. She even saw hail damage and helped me place a claim. So now we are not only getting the repair done but an entire new roof. Abby has such a wonderful personality, and takes the time to listen to you and has helped us tremendously. I can’t thank her enough. Our roof is getting done at the end of July and look forward to meeting more of the staff from J & B West Roofing.

Mark is the best. My insurance company is giving me a hard time regarding my roof repairs. Mark has gone above and beyond to collect the very specific pictures that they have requested. Mark is fighting for a full roof replacement as hard as he would fight for his own! Thanks Mark Mueller!

I wrote a review already, but i would like to mention another important person as well. Patrick Weinacker was also a great person to get the ball rolling on our new roof install. He did an outstanding job helping us to get things organized and explained everything in great detail. We can not thank him enough.

Tim was absolutely hands down amazing, he pays attention to every detail and makes sure everything is done correctly. He is the best project manager we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When you have a concern he takes care of it. Extremely professional, hard working and dedicated to his job. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs to have something done on their home.

Loved the personal touch and the continued calls from staff to stay in touch and check how our insurance process was going. When the time came to get the job done, it was done quickly and efficiently. They were able to fit us in immediately as we were in the process of selling the house the new roof was going on. I would recommend J&B West to anyone looking to have quality, affordable work done to their house.

Mike, Eric and Nick were all amazing , professional workers. Removal of my fireplace was no easy task, but Eric and Nick managed to remove it without incident, working nonstop . West’s availability of equipment/trailor to haul away the debris was lacking, but in spite of this, Eric and Nick managed to do an outstanding job of cleanup, just having to make an extra trip . Mike’s attention to detail when it came to drywall installation/repair was exceptional and his professionalism and skill were greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a job well done.
